If you are sedentary 6 days a week, it is really hard to do enough in 1 workout day to impact your body.
Short workouts spread out over multiple days that equal an hour a week do far more to impact your body after a few weeks or consistent work.

2. Any movement that involves 2 or more extremities must pass through the torso.
3. Precise movements require control of the torso and what it does when the extremities are moving. Think running and hitting a tennis ball.
We believe the core made up of the most important muscle groups in the body (hips,
shoulders & everything in between) and that's why we start our training there and work our
way out. In fact, we find that our training of other parts of the body is much more effective
when the core is strong!
