To exercise or not to exercise.  That is the question.

Ok, Hamlet may have been asking himself a bit deeper question, but this is still a decision that everyone must make.  Should I spend time exercising?  If yes, what should I do?  If no, does it really matter?

For all those who answered no, I get it.  You are probaby one of the many people out there who does not like exercising.  It is not fun.  It does not feel good.  It is a waste of time.  I could go on...

Still, it is important to acknowledge that deciding to not exercise is the same as accepting the likelihood of a faster physical decline of your body.  After all, Mother Nature is undefeated.  Our bodies are all wearing out.  When they aren't used regularly, they tend to wear out even faster.

The good news is that you don't have to spend your days working out in order to extend the function of your body.  In fact, we have found that about an  hour a week of exercise (spread out over multiple days) can have a huge impact on your body's physical condition and ability.
